DONATIONS

The Harrisburg Senators will participate with not-for-profit and civic organizations in Central Pennsylvania who are seeking to raise funds for their organization or to reward those individuals who have been instrumental to the success of their particular cause. Examples of participation by the Senators include donation of merchandise and game tickets, player and mascot appearances and ticket sales fundraising opportunities.

So far in 2008, the Senators have contributed more than $50,000 worth of merchandise and tickets to over 300 various groups and organizations. These are all things that the Senators organization takes very seriously.  We enjoy being involved in our community and plan on continuing and developing our involvement well into the future.

1) Your request must be on your organization’s letterhead.
2) All the pertinent specifics of your organization’s event (Day & date, time, location, number in attendance, etc…) should be included.
3) As much advance notice as possible. 30-45 days is preferred.
4) The name of the contact person and where they can be reached should be included.

Please only one donation request per organization each calendar year.
